Joining us this week is one of Alicia’s ex-gymnasts, Krista Sideri. Her journey through exercise includes competitive gymnastics, state records in pole vaulting, personal training, and CrossFit. Krista shares her experiences and motivation for continuing her athletic life after collegiate sports. She became bored with the typical running and body weight exercises that many of her fellow gymnasts went through. Thankfully she found CrossFit which opened up a whole new competive sport.
